Thank you for your help – Maryam Shetty’s reaction to her withdrawal from the nomination

Dr. Maryam Shetty has responded to President Bola Tinubu’s withdrawal of her cabinet appointment.
Shetty said she is glad for Tinubu’s unwavering support and appreciates any decision he makes.
Shetty also expressed gratitude to Vice President Kashim Shettima for his assistance.
On Friday, she claimed she was glad and thankful for whatever choice made by the President in a series of tweets on her X social media account.
“I was just informed today during the plenary session that President Bola Ahmad Tinubu has withdrawn my ministerial nomination and replaced me with Dr Mariga Mahmoud,” she wrote.
“I’m grateful and thankful for any decision from you, My President!”
“My Dear President @officialABAT, Vice President @KashimSM,” Shetty had previously posted. I really appreciate it. I am truly grateful for your unwavering support on every occasion. For your rainbow of support and bravery in the face of adversity. I’d like to thank everyone.”
According to the DAILY POST, Tinubu withdrew her nomination for a ministerial position on Friday and was replaced by Dr. Mariga Mahmoud, another Kano State nominee.
The President’s message was addressed to Senate President Godswill Akpabio, who read it during plenary.
Tinubu, on the other hand, provided no explanation for Shetty’s substitution as a cabinet nominee.
